Tip of the Week
Spring is finally here.....maybe. I don't know about you, but our porch needs some sprucing up! I want our porch to welcome friends to our home and to be comfortable relaxing place to sit and chat or read on lovely summer evenings. It's a narrow porch, so we have room for two rockers and a wrought iron chair, a plant stand, an old apple crate, and a table - (which needs to be repainted this year). After everything gets a good scrubbing, we'll add potted plants - mostly flowers and a few caladiums -- on the plant stand and tables, and pillows on the rockers to add some color, along with a lantern or two for some candlelight if we stay out after dark. And for the front door.... our beautiful Willow Bucket of course.
